About Me
I am an Integrative Counsellor and in practice what this means is that I am not tied to any one model of counselling. My training is in Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (REBT) Hypnotherapy, as well as the Therapeutic Use of Play.
I am also a Cognomovement Practitioner and Mentor, and Advanced Level EFT Practitioner.
